This partnership comes at a perfect time as we look forward to celebrating the five year anniversary of the event. Heritage Bank has a long history of supporting local communities, and their people-focused values align strongly with what the marathon represents, connection, wellbeing, and building something meaningful together.

Champion of Champions
We’ll be inviting previous winners from the 5km, 10km, 21.1km and Marathon events to return for a special Champion of Champions feature, celebrating the athletes who have shaped the race across its first five years.
Community Groups, Schools and Sporting Clubs – Get Involved
The Heritage Bank Moggill Marathon, proudly hosted by the Lions Club of Brisbane West, has always been a community event at heart, and in 2026 we want to welcome even more groups to get involved.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been reflecting on past designs and are busy finalising the 2026 event shirts and marathon shirts. While we’re not ready to reveal them just yet, we can say they’ll feature a fresh, refined look with a clear acknowledgement of the five-year milestone.
